      Like Stephen Pitcher  who committed to climbing Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa on 15th May 

Here's  what Stephen said he was going to do for his first goal as a High Yellow Success Team Member

"As a typical High Yellow, I have not yet started the training!!! Too much else to do! Realistically, the climb to 13,700 feet is potentially a killer in that there is a real risk of high altitude sickness. In aid of a group of charities, including the Teenage Cancer Trust the 46 climbers will be supported throughout with a UK Doctor included.
I have to start training today, to build up my cardio and leg muscles etc. Encouragement would really help as I have delayed long enough."

I am writing to tell you about the Moroccan Mountain Challenge I participated in from 15th – 19th May. For those of you who were able to sponsor me, thank you, it really is appreciated.
We flew from Gatwick on Thursday afternoon (15th May) and having landed safely in Marrakech we boarded the bus for the two hour journey to Imlil.......more.....

High Yellow Success Team Members are a special group of people that help themselves and others Be and Do Better.

Like Emmanuel Kuehn  a Management Consultant,Coach and Trainer who lives in Brussels.

Here's what Emmanuel said he would do:

As a High Yellow I am a doing my work with passion... 
So much passion that I invest a lot of time in what I am doing. Therefore it is challenging to stop working when I am on holiday with my family. 
Since I have been running my own business (2008), I really never really took a break. 
When we are holiday, I am physically there with my family but I am not sharing those precious relaxing moments with them. Instead, I am behind my computer on an automatic pilot mode. 
I feel it is difficult to stop working as nobody can replace me (sounds like a known excuse....!) 
- Am I committed to what I am doing? Sure I am! 
- Am I passionate about my work? Sure I am! 
- Am I aware of the fact that I am not enjoying my holiday? Yes I am now! 
Time has come to change the way I behave. Not only for me but also for my family. 
Tomorrow is a new exciting day as we go to France for a well deserved week holiday. 
My challenge is to fully enjoy the time with my family, without being stuck behind my screen with my phone in one hand and my tablet in the other. 
I want to spend time with myself too. 
My goal is to do like most people do, and enjoy my holiday without work when others take a rest. 
Instead of charging the batteries of my computer, phone and tablet, I want now to recharge my own batteries. 
This is my challenge and I go for it!!!

Back from holiday with good news... I have reached my goal :-) 
It was challenging to step out the routine and not open my computer to do some work. 
It was an enjoyable to resist and break the pattern. 
I was 100% available for the family and for myself too.
